Our staff is a team of committed young leaders so passionate about caring for Vulnerable children. When they first join us, they are trained to be childcare workers. They spend hours and hours of work engaging in program activities with the children to gain experience and the necessary skills of working with children.

Children beneficiaries receive special care from loving Aunts and Uncles during home visitations, school visitations and center days when they meet for the program. Our volunteers and staff focus on developing a friendship relationship with children. With this relationship, children find their confidence in these trusted mentors and are able to open up and share their life experiences. This makes it easy for our staff to know how they can be of help.
